On Friday 11th November 2016, Minister of Finance Hon. Felix Mutati delivered the following budget address. The budget address which is formally known as the presentation to the Committee of Supply on the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the year 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2017, highlights the governments major changes in public expenditure for 2017.
